Here are the concept ideas Mayshing came up with for Chattel. I told her once that Chattel's hair cut makes it look a tad like a girl. You can tell by this artwork that Mayshing was trying to stay close to the idea of Chattel being a being that is both male and female. I think the end hair cut we went with gets that idea across the best.
