Sorry faithful viewers, I could not get todays update ready in time so I am afraid you will have to make due with some filler art.
I was getting pretty sick of drawing those petty Aldur guardsmen all the time so I decided to give you a glimpse of a more professional soldier. Alongside with the normal auxiliaries the Eldrian hoplites are the elite backbone of Eldrysh's armies. Against all odds they have stood their ground against Chytal for over 700 years now. Chytal having immortal (un-aging) men has a far greater and more skilled (some veteran soldiers being over 300 years old) army than any other nation in Higal. However, despite Chytal's military superiority Eldrysh has managed to defend its borders from any major Chytali invasion since the Crusade of Enlightenment. How have they managed it? If you stick around long enough you might just find out the next couple of months. ;)
