No the Gemini Laser won't bounce on a wall. The fact is that Rock could avoid the shot by jumping because there is a hole above him but Gemini hit the ceiling and took Megaman's shot.

As for the power there is no color change but there is a difference. Now Rock has the power to not care like Geminiman!
