If Sigma failed to control Zero with his virus during MMX5 it was because, according to what he said, he couldn't figure how Zero was programmed. I assumed that all Robot Master have basics robotic knowledge in order to make some reparations and other stuff like that. So now with those data and this knowledge Sigma is able to manipulate Zero. One thing is sure it's that it's not going to end well. 

Also I won't do a special 300th because I had no good idea for it. It will be for the 400th special, I have some idea for this one.
