By destroying the cannon, everyone is gonna get stuck here and blow with the bombs. That's the kind of decision that only Bass can take. Strange that every robot that are under Wily's control become useless, since he is alone Bass became more efficient and now that Rock is by Wily's side and can't do anyhting.
