610 - The Walking Dead Effect

After doing the first part I thought that it would be fun to have a cool contest between Protoman (the self established coolest robot ever) and the Robot Master he has to face. The first one is an undead robot. And the fact that he doesn't move at the beginning is a reference to Megaman IV where Skullman doesn't move until you move.
