Bass is excited to fight a powerful ennemy but it may be too much for him to handle. Wily is as much excited when he looks at his master piece. To make Alpha I took Zero as a base and mix it with pieces of X and removed a part of the armor. It was logical to make a Reploid base robot as Wily's master piece after what we saw in the research center and all the data he brought back from the year 21XX.
