hm… what to say really. At this point, eevees are really rare in the cities of the islands, mainly staying in the forests. a few wild ones are around. Digi is a serious hybrid eevee. ledja is just part shiny mew. Which is why he's blue. digi is blue because.. well, we can only speculate.
