The arrow Punisher fired at Sonic was had a spell attached to it called Vampire circle. Like Tina explains it zaps your power. In Tina's case it took away her power and some of her health. Since she was already weak it brought her to tears and Blaze affected as well didn't have the chance to defend herself against the ice arrow fired at her. Just then Titan warps in and stops the arrow as Punisher gets a bomb ready to throw at them. (G.D.I is the initials
of using the almighty one's name in vain. Have to watch the swearing you know?)
