It looks like Cream was revived as well and is living with her mom in the part of the suburbs of hometown where there were not any gangs. (Hometown is huge and most of the earthbound towns make up it's suburbs except for fourside.) But a question I'm sure you want answered is why is Cream a teenager now? Easy I lost her child sheet and this is all I have right now. Plus it's a few years later and she's been dead for awhile as well had to add a few years for reviving her.
