QUESTION!

is there a fourth wall in non-fictional comics?

The fourth wall is the wall between the comic world and our world. A square room has four walls, and in comics one of those walls - the fourth wall - will be "removed" to show the audience what's going on in the comic room. Characters acknowledging the audience or otherwise recognizing the fictional nature of their world is referred to as breaking the fourth wall.
