I almost had a panic attack during English class Wednesday

I was afraid to leave because I was worried about fainting if I spoke up

It passed, but for a few minutes I was very lightheaded, very warm, and completely ashamed of myself for absolutely no reason. I worried that if I asked to leave I would cry or faint - especially fainting on the stairs.
