Concept: Steely Gaze of A Roll of the Dice came up with the concept of "A cat plotting to take over the world using a complicated, Rube Goldberg-esque device, with a co-conspirator dog at his side, is inadvertently foiled by their human master."

Art: SuperBiasedMan who stayed true to the concept.

Writing: Once again by Amanda of Salt the Holly who localized it to Sweden and put a Pinky and the Brain-like spin on it (I miss that show).
