Bust Shots: StarHammer

After the near destruction of Xailenrath City, Connecticut and the deaths of the ThrillSeekers, StarHammer, one of the relatively few surviving metahumans in town, became more hard edged.
His former girlfriend, April Hannigan, was dead.
His crush, Jenny "UberWoman" Tanner, had decided to leave 'X City' for good, and all the fame and popularity he'd had seemed petty and pointless now.

StarHammer appointed himself guardian of what was left of the city and become something just short of a fascist dictator. Crime fell WAY down, but so did freedoms.
His former friends on the police force eventually turned against him, and that left a sour sentiment from both parties. This made it easy for the agents of The 3rd Eye, a union of metahuman haters with some power and influence to spread their philosophy in Xailenrath. Many of the former supervillains in the once-jovial city, no longer wanting to war with the all-but deranged young hero, went over to serving under him.
With StarHammer's new "Legion of Law" constantly on patrol, and the kid himself foregoing sleeping and eating in favor of squashing crime (and free will) wherever he finds it, no one comes to xailenrath City anymore…. and no on LEAVES.
