Presto is not what you would call traditional hero material.
A racist, sexist, homophobic former gang member, Presto was ousted from his stomping grounds by a rival with superior superpowers. Presto insinuated his way into the New ThrillSeekers group, ostensibly for protection, and to trick them into becoming his revenge squad.
The 'Seekers eventually went up against, and defeated Cesar "Lethal" Juarez, the man who ran Presto out of town, though, serving justice, they sent him to prison instead of killing him, the way Presto wanted.
Just when The ThrillSeekers thought the flexible gangbanger with the inflexible mind was, maybe, starting to reform and mellow a bit, he turned on them.
