The second frame (Not the split one) is Viroman (The virus King) ordering the production of the wheelchair. The box on the pole on top is a videocamera. The Chair has speakers so Viroman can speak to the human world. The chair also has a slot for a PET to be put into that allows Viroman to control the PET like a NetOp would. The control of the wheelchair and PET is all done from that screen in the Net. The Wheelchair is equipped with a server.

The title of this one (well except the + intro of Siren.Exe Eddie.Exe and Ricky) would have been the title of the previous one if I could fit that last frame in the previous comic. After making Siren I realized she looks alot like Samus Aran. Viroman's Expressions proved to be a bit of a challenge. And This is the last of the Exe guys for a while…
