Adaptman's Stage-Land to sea

Adaptman's stage still proves to be easier than Morph man's Stage.

The glass is there to make the background look right.
((Otherwise megaman would have splashed into the water at the top of that downward area. And I needed to establish those fish could climb on land))
Also that looking down sprite was a pain to get right. I made a few other megaman frames in the process of making that one. Megaman now has sprites of him doing push ups.
