Saturninus and Bassianus; their speaches are given to their people, as to elect a new emporor for Rome.

The people of Rome choose Titus, a brave, noble warrior, to be their emporor instead. He turns the offer down, and chooses Saturnus to be their emporor.

And so, the madness begins…
