Why does my paint not have a save as .png option? It'll do it, but it's not in the menu.

ADDENDUM FROM THE FUTURE: The Paint I was using at the time did not, in fact, save as pngs. Rather, it saved as bmps with a .png extension. This was, however, good enough to fool the Duck. I am currently replacing these bmps with real pngs.
