Chapter 2 villan concepts

I have no idea what to do with chapter two. I'm still drawing concept characters trying to find cool looking costumes, and styles. These are three concepts I did a couple of days ago trying to find inspiration for villans to menace Toshubi. I like Advisor Toh, but Lady Snow Blood and Juamba look like they need a lot of work. I thought the fans would be cool, but they look lame, (And they're hard to draw too.) I like the direction Juamba is going, but his costume sucks, so I'm gonna do some web surfing to find some cool African costume ideas. I like the spear though.
