COMIC!

In response to what KC asked on the last comic, Cyndaquil is only talking in Poke-speak because the 'Babelfish' hack only works when it's activated. That is, all pokemon languages are only translated when he's specifically listening to that Pokemon or conversation between Pokemon.
In the last comic, Cyndaquil was only making grunts and yells anyway - not interesting enough to write.

By the way, in between comics I have given the Murkrow who is accompanying us the name "Poe". 'Cause I enjoy obscure literary references just that much.
