So today at university, right? I was hanging out with a bunch of people that I knew - we were talking about cool old cartoons. I interjected with a quip, and some dude I'd only known for 10 minutes or so said that 'nerdy-looking dudes like me generally don't have good timing.'

And this OFFENDED me. Which surprised me greatly.

From the very first page of Something Positive, I was enjoying the coathanger-abortion antics. Blackheart is freely dealing with AIDS/child abuse/cancer/death and I laughed at many of them. But I was offended by someone insulting my comic timing. My COMIC TIMING, of all things.

Call me a geek, that's okay. I am.
Make fun of my non-existant sex life, I can dig it. It's true.
But insult my comic timing, and I'm deeply offended.

Man, you learn something new about yourself every day.
