#76 - A Repetition of Rockets

Okay, a few things to get through.

Firstly, there was no comic on Thursday because quite frankly, I didn't feel like doing one. This comic was a struggle to do too.
Apathy is a powerful thing.

Secondly, I'd like to talk about Brendan. The thing about Brendan - well, my iteration of Brendan - is this. He's actually a pretty smart guy; he's grown up with a professor for a father after all, and he also has the 'street-smarts', as it were, to travel around the entire Hoenn continent on his own and keep himself alive and healthy. That's pretty smart, right there.

However, his Achilles' Heel comes in his protectiveness of his sister. All that intelligence and good perception? That just gets flung out of the window by his storm of rage. So, while he can handle himself very well, he'll always have that one glaring weakness.

What, was I supposed to create a non-flawed character or something?

Where's the fun in that?

Thirdly, I sure have been using the big establishing shots a lot recently, huh?

Fourthly, I want to plug The Amazing Regret Index. Inspired by Ryan North's Daily Dinosaur Comics, it has gone on to be one of the funniest experiments I have seen in my life.

Plus, you get to find out how many other people regret 'being the skanky girl on prom night'. And that's invaluable information right there.

Alright. I'm having a party tonight (among the attendees are Renee, Nick, and Rhys from Spritely) so I should get to preparations.

Enjoy the comic!
