ok this is NOT the original issue 31. but since i haven't gotten to being more fluffy as of late… (and i know the anfri and chibi freak fanboys/girls are begging for more A&CF) here's some typical jealousy between chibi me and anfri. and poor young chibi freak (aka france) is torn between family and a boyfriend.

NOTE: there will be no issue on saterday because of this special event.
