G I JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOE!

The old GI Joe public service announcement shorts can be very weird. This is mainly because the Joes just pop up out of nowhere. One of them, about the dangers of swimming during storms, had one Joe just surface in a pond where two kids were swimming. You have to wonder why he was in that particular pond at that particular time.

Although I doubt very much that Deadpool would be a good choice to deliver a PSA. Considering that, y'know, he's kind of nuts.
