So, the Tyranids finally got into a Dawn of War game. I may actually consider getting it now.

See, the problem with Tyranids is that they're designed to be played like a relentless horde. That is unfeasible in a game where figures cost more than Bill Gate's salary. Since in DoW an army does not cost real-world money, making a Tyranid army there is more cost-effective.

On, and on the subject of Tyranids, the new edition models suck.
