The obligatory “explain what's going on” page. Yep, I'm back updating this comic again. I've got a decent-size page buffer, so I should be able to keep things at least semi-regular for a while. If you're new to the comic, I'd recommend checking out the Chapter 1 Recap before diving into Chapter 2.

Also, if you have a spare minute, I posted a quick six-question survey about the comic. No pressure. You don't have to take it. Nope.

Take the survey. Do it!

QUESTION: If I were on the moon, or an asteroid, or someplace with very low gravity, would that mean I have superstrength? Could I juggle pickup trucks, if the gravity were low enough?

ANSWER: No. Very, very no. Going to the moon, or Ceres, or wherever, won't turn you into Superman. Remember, just because an object has less weight – it's less “heavy” – doesn't make it any less *massive*. Mass remains unchanged. And also keep in mind [url=http://wikipedia.org/wiki/Newton's_laws_of_motion#Newton.27s_third_law]Newton's third law of thermodynamics: For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Here on Earth, where we have strong gravity and friction, this is something we often don't pay much attention to. But on an asteroid, where gravity is negligible, the reaction force of simply hitting something with a hammer may be enough to send you into orbit. If you try to lift, push, or throw something extremely massive, you won't move it; it'll move you instead. The only Superman impersonation you'll be doing is when you go up, up, and away!

…and while we're on the subject of Superman, let's all take a solemn moment to reflect on the fact that *this* almost happened…

*shudders*

Okay that's all for now. Bye, folks!
