The answer is never “Other” in these things. How unsatisfying would that be!

They did a study on this at the Center for Behavioral Neuroscience at Emory University, and the results were surprising. When shown videos of men and women engaged in sexual acts, eye tracking devices indicated the male subjects were most likely to first focus on the woman's face, and they tended to spend more time overall looking at the woman's face than anything else.

Oddly, they got mixed results from the female participants, which seemed to be determined by hormonal levels – namely, whether or not the female subjects were taking oral contraceptives or not. For women who were naturally cycling (not on the pill), the tendency was to look at genitals first, and to spend more time looking at them, whereas women taking hormonal contraceptives tended to focus on contextual details (clothing, furniture, and the like).

So what's the significance of any of that? I have no idea, but I found it interesting. And I hope you did too!
