Nascha was the other mooner henchman who launched the attack on Sector F in the previous chapter. By attacking Sector F, she elevated the Nova Dagon Docking Authority security protocol so that they would require armed guards in the control room, thus enabling the body-snatching Woody to infiltrate. Shortly before her death, Nascha discovered that Osprey, who she worshiped as a goddess, was in fact a meta simulation; an interactive hologram projected across her sensory receptors by nanophages she unwittingly ingested during her initiation ceremony.

It would appear Panzer is privy to this information.
