Mmmm, turkey! Who doesn't love turkey? Nobody, that's who.

Sorry, I did not have time to write up a blurb for this page; I've been busy reading comics for my Drunk Duck Awards judging duties. Speaking of which, they still need volunteers for judging. Right now, I'm teamed up with my good friend TBA in two judging categories. TBA seems to be a popular individual. If you'd like to fill in for TBA and help judge a category or two, just visit the Drunk Duck Awards Judging Forum to volunteer.

Seriously, we don't want TBA judging everything. TBA is a jerk.

The good folks at JPL recently released this more accurately colored image of Pluto. It's not quite as garishly red colored as it was in the original pictures they released to the public.

I've been wondering though, wouldn't it be like super dark all the way out there? So I asked my unofficial official science guru Gman003 about that, and he basically told me my question was stupid because our perception of brightness is subjective, and once our eyes adjust we wouldn't notice the low light so much. He points out that the moon is actually only as reflective as asphalt, and yet it looks super bright to us against the black night sky. So, yeah, maybe those photos are pretty accurate. (also, he didn't actually tell me my question was stupid; he was very gentle with my fragile ego)
