If you read the first chapter, you may recall a certain voluptuous vixen with a jet pack swooping in to rescue Agent Six from Rana's clutches… only to end up being unceremoniously Ginsu-ed by Rana's murderbots. But this was written in a way that it comes across regardless of whether you read the first chapter or not. And now we know why Six is having nightmares about having sex with dismembered women.
