Sorry for the wait, people, I've been busy with an appeal to a school and getting new work for my senior thesis exhibit.

First off, the bottom panel isn't as clear on the computer as it was on the paper: The girl is getting electrocuted and is bound by the hands and feet. So far we've seen a lot of the angelic damned but not many of the human damned -namely because the tower of Pandemonium is built so that most humans cannot enter. Triple Torture differs from a lot of stories in that it's not the JOB of demons to torture humans, they just do it for fun, as Lucy will elaborate on in the next page.
