Okay, first off WHAT THE HELL? Seriously? Seriously?

I was so afraid of drawing that panel. I knew how it looked in my head but I was so sure I wouldn't be able to draw it right. But I got it PERFECT the first time. I was so happy.

PeiPei: For trying to kill him of course! That was the purpose of showing his thought process, so we could tell that he KNEW! X) Don't worry, his neck is broken now, but he'll have his time in the next issue. :)

Contessa: I really liked your response. It needs to be recognized that while Michael is a total meanie-face, Lucifer is equally abusive and I'm glad that you can see that because not everyone does right now.
Both Lucifer and Gabriel are severely mentally damaged simply from the experience of having been alive for so long. Right now, I most associate Lucifer's behavior with Borderline Personality disorder. He's secretly very insecure (as you could expect a 'self-absorbed' person to be). He sleeps around and is emotionally imbalanced. Lucifer is also quite delusional with Gabriel, like how in a crush… where we don't actually like the REAL person but rather who we THINK the person is, only he HAS known Gabriel long enough to know him genuinely. Rather, though he is not glamorizing Gabriel's persona (at least not completely), he is glamorizing what a relationship with Gabriel would mean, convincing himself that it would 'solve all his problems' and that it would be 'the only way he could be happy.'
Like I said, he is SOMEWHAT delusional about Gabriel's personality. For instance right now his perception of Gabriel is in an upset because he had not formerly believed that Bri was capable of killing, when in reality the desire to kill has been part of Gabriel for a long time now. Additionally, though Lucifer is more aware of Gabriel's romantic feelings towards him than Gabriel is himself, Lucifer still fails to recognize that Gabriel is hesitant about having an intimate relationship. Lucifer also feels a great deal of self-justification for all of his actions.

I put up the poll because even I feel like the truth is ambiguous right now. All we can do right now is bear further witness to their experiences. :)
