Not much happens here. Just so you know, Ant (Anthony) has just moved into the apartment building he is standing next to a couple days ago, and Jules lives in the building too, and met him before. That's why she knows his name. I know a good comic wouldn't need me to explain all that, but this has none of the elements of a good comic so far, so why start there?
