Curse you, Minister Faust, for writing such a good book that it completely took over my brain and threw off this week's art. (The Coyote Kings of the Space Age Bachelor Pad. Read it. NOW.) This page is definitely not my best in inking or coloring (you should have seen how much Wite-Out correction tape I used on this page), and in fact I never really wanted it to be a seperate page at all– in my mind it started with three panels at the start of Page Sixty, which will be online next Sunday or so and will be, I promise, fun enough to make up for this page.

In more optimistic news… I have a new blog! I'm going to be keeping it over the summer, and putting little all-computer-drawn sketches in it whenever I feel like it. The idea is that, by the end of August, I'll be proficient enough with my tablet laptop that I'll be able to draw comics and things without having to bother with such pesky accoutrements as paper and pens. Come stop by and see the grand experiment in progress!

Aaand… we're going to Six Flags tomorrow. (Sorry this update is so late, by the way…) I'll be forcing my friend Margaret to ride the most insane roller coaster they have there, to help her conquer her fear of heights. I keep telling her, it's not the height that's the problem. It's the landing. And on roller coasters, you're perfectly safe, even when your eyeballs get flattened onto the back of your skull by G-forces. So that'll be fun! (Except we have to do these physics worksheets while we're there. Yawn.)

Until next time… keep it fresh, TEO fans! And nominate Try Everything Once in the Web Cartoonists' Choice Awards (We need the publicity. Badly.)

Sincerely,

Ian Jay
