Hello there, TEO fans.

This page was a freaking nightmare to draw. Let's just leave it at that. (Although I did make pretty good time in coloring it.) As for killing Thirteen off… well… it was what the narrative called for. Dexy's story has been an exercise in a different field of storytelling for me, and while I'm sorry if you feel bad, I'm not sorry for doing it. (Blame the blind guy. He was the one who pulled the trigger.)

In comic news, I finally got around to setting up that printer/scanner I got for my birthday. Now I don't have to run downstairs and kick Jilly off the MySpace to scan something– I can just scan stuff in right here! Expect more miscellaneous drawings from me. A whole bunch more.

In non-comic news… today kind of sucked for me. I accidentally overslept, and had to rush out the door in the morning, and had a billion things on my mind, and subsequently went through most of the school day in a pretty foul mood. (From this, I'm beginning to think that the mood you wake up with in the morning sort of sets the pace for the mood you're going to have all day. The solution: Wake up happier. Or sleep later.) Eventually, though, I got home and just immersed myself in coloring this, which helped my countenance quite a bit. So now I feel fine. Kinda tired, but fine.

Also, tomorrow is my mother's birthday. Happy birthday, Mom!

In conclusion… did I ever show you that one Avalanches video for "Frontier Psychiatry"? Did I? If I did, here it is again. If not, check it out anyway, because it's pretty dang awesome.
