Yes, I exagerate, but really, its pretty shocking just how dated some
classic comic books get, not just in writing style and feel, but even
the writing. Even if you ignore the unsettingly outdated gender and
racial roles, which were still liberal compared to the decade before,
most superhero, and other comics too for that matter, of the Silver Age
are almost unerving to read today.
