Not one of my strongest pages prolly. Jaith is standing mostly because I thought he was the type to do more than just sit in one place, and since it takes relatively little movement to stand from sitting on a bed, I didn't transition.
It's a very important thing to me to keep all the characters dynamic and in motion on every page. In a talking scene like this, that is more difficult and far easier to overlook, but no matter how passive a character is, they will be gesturing. Expression is far more than what's on our faces after all. I think that if I removed all the text from these last few pages, you'd still be able to tell a lot about Jaith and Tai's characters merely based on their actions, and I'm rather proud of that.

Also, show of hands anyone who wants me to move Firefly Cross back onto the Duck. For those who don't know, Firefly Cross is my other webcomic. Started four years ago (and the early art reflects that) It's far more cliche, far more simplistic, and far lighter (the last of which is not really a bad thing though) than Twisted Mirrors, and it's also full color. Pretty big archives for four years, though I just hit the first big storyline…not a good track record.
Anyway, TM was origianlly started simply as "the thing to draw that's not FFC" and as a method of practicing inking (since I kinda sucked at it early on)It has since taken off, and I think it's actually a stronger work on its own than FFC is. Though likely, the experience I got through doing FFC has something to say for that.
ANYWAY blah blah blah
The archives for FFC are pretty big, and I had to reupload them last year when DD went down…I went platinum just because I didn't want to do it again, and FFC's main site is elsewhere anyway. But I miss DD, and I think I'm losing some readers not having it up here…you guys want it back? I could go uber slow and post the whole archive in bits, or I could just start with #13 and direct people to the main site for the archives. Thoughts?

…that was needlessly long and rambling…
