Most amusing. I would like to reply to many reactions to the previous page since I didn't do it…well…on the previous page. XD Yes, Tren is stupid, I won't argue that point, but he's less ignorant-stupid than stubborn-stupid. He knew full well what was going to happen to him if he did that, and he did it anyway. Poor Tren suffers from a bad temper paired with an extreme stubborn streak. His temper flared up first against Bradley when he was still Narerth, then again against the villain (far more understandable, but when someone else holds all the cards, threatening them doesn't help much) and here again. And I can honestly say it will continue to get him into trouble.
With that being said, I have to say I greatly enjoyed your reactions! It makes me think my readers have something invested in these characters if they dislike it when the characters do something stupid. I feel accomplished!

Now! This page…lessee…art's okay, no huge complaints. Jaith and Tai aren't exactly "okay" with the whole slavery thing, but they realize that they really don't have any other options right now. They've got it better than most and so are much more inclined to keep quiet and go along with things so that their world doesn't get any worse. Tren, of course, can't really understand that.
For another peice of business, you may (or may not) have noticed the image at the bottom of the page. That's right, I'm looking for donations. I'm not exactly proud of that, but I'm trying to make it a bit fun. Donate for whichever character you'd like to see win in a fight (The winged guy is from my other comic) as little as $1 will get you an exclusive wallpaper of the character you voted for. Tren's the underdog, as the other comic has many more readers than this one. However, I don't intend to guilt anyone into giving me money. This is sort of an experiment, and may fail, but don't feel like you HAVE to donate. You don't need to explain why you can't, believe me, I understand or I wouldn't be doing this in the first place ;) There. I've said my bit on it. Click on the picture or E-mail me for more details.
