I almost…couldn't…post this page….because I lost it!
I found it at the last minute, tucked away in a notebook I'd already checked (I had to turn it upside down AND rifle through the pages before it slid out even a little) I almost had to throw together a filler. True story.

Good thing I found it though…the perspective/foreshortening crap in panel 1 is kinda sucky, but I REALLY like panel 2. Having Jaith leaning over the rail was kind of a on-the-spot choice that I hadn't planned for, but it makes that panel look infinitely more interesting, so I'm glad I did it, despite the fact that that line doesn't reaslly call for that extreme of a reaction.

I've been worrying a lot about TM lately. Odd because until recently it was the other way around. I felt really good about TM and worried about FFC. I think it's mostly because FFC is getting to such a dynamic part, where TM drags a bit. That was the way I desinged this story though. I intended it to be a lot more internal, a lot more thoughtful, a lot more character-driven than FFC. SO I just have to keep plugging away and eventually my thoughts will probably switch around again…
…actually, I should probably take it as a good sign that neither immediately leaps to the front…though I still think TM is the stronger story. FFC is just too derivative…but at the same time is a lot mroe fun…
…we shall see…
