In the elf/boetheri society, the elves would handle the arts that dealt with drawing/painting/music, but the boetheri tended to not only be the engineers and builders, but skilled craftsmen as well. So the stonework and woodwork, as well as the buildings themselves are mostly their doing.

I imagine this moment is a bit more important to Jaith than to anyone else. To Tai, other boetheri and what they did was never important, but Jaith always heard the tales of a different world where boetheri lived much different lives and were much more important. It's likely an almost spiritual moment for him to come across this city and see concrete proof that they were more than just stories. A glimpse into that world his grandfather talked of that probably seemed as fantastic as the stories of Grik-nor.

…it is very hard to be a person who can't draw even normal backgrounds to come up with interesting ruins…man, these pages take a while… ^_^; But I like drawing ruins, I have to admit, even though it's hard.

Thanks for reading! See you next week!
