These aren't fights to the death, because if your combatants are always killing each other, you run out of fighters really quick. They want them to live to fight again. Though that's not to say none of them ever die in the ring either, but generally, once one fighter is down, they'll call it.

I apologize a bit for any confusion on this page. The loop to catch his neck and pull him back was supposed to be in panel 2, and it is, but it's very hard to see. I drew it into the page initially, but forgot about it when I was inking, so I tried to insert it back in around the lines I had already drawn, and it just gets lost in the background. Sorry about that. I realize now what I should have done, but ehh, hindsight is 20/20. I'll do better next time, promise!

I'll be happy to leave this guy behind, though. I like him, and feel bad for him, but trying to remember where all his scars are is a royal pain! Seriously, I even made a character sheet to make sure they all stayed in place, and they're still crawling all over! …maybe it's just as well that I never got into animation…
(Oh! Though I didn't mention this, if you're wondering about his colors, his base fur color is beige-ish and his markings are a mid-to-dark orange.)
