I'm not very good at drawing backgrounds, and while this one isn't really an exception to that, I put quite a bit more effort into it here. It was going to be my first time really showing what this city looks like by itself. It was kind of fun to sit back and think of what things would be in this city. I know what each of these buildings is, for example, and I'm pretty pleased with that.

This has got to be a really amazing experience for Jaith. I can't even imagine what he'd be feeling here…but I tried to portray it anyway, haha!

Ugh, apologies for my absence in both of the last weeks. I got a cold shortly after getting back from vacation (I'm sure I caught it on the way home) and I haven't really been up to keeping up online. …though I did keep working on my comics, so you may see some pages with some wonky drawing/inking coming up. Probably not my best idea, but hey, I just missed a week for vacation, so I couldn't give up another one. Anyway, thanks for sticking with me, see you next week!
