How would you answer a question like that?

Of course, it should be an easy answer, but stuff like this is never that simple and that's by design. Their slavery was part of their lives from the moment they were born, and though they may have resented it from time to time, righteous anger was never something that occured to them. The bad stuff was routine and so they barely thought of it. Of course, to Kei and Jul it doesn't make any sense. Their view of the situation is a simple, "they were bad to you, why don't you hate them?" But that's not something Jaith and Tai really thought about and not something they can answer easily because they don't hate humans, but they don't really know why - especially when they have every reason to.

On an art note, if this page looks at all weird, it's because I drew it to the wrong dimensions. I didn't end up stretching or squishing it at all, but some stuff got cut off on the sides. :( I drew it to the size of my OTHER comic and didn't notice until after I'd finished it. Ugh.

Thanks for reading! See you next week!
