Rasque finally catches up to where the readers have been for a while.

So I know this is kind of an obvious thing to do, but this is more a means to an end than it is the point itself. This was just to illustrate what I was going for a little easier and it's not really about the drama of it (though I will not shy away from the drama when appropriate). For the sake of not writing a book about my intentions in the author's notes, we'll leave it at that for now.
