Ah..
I fell asleep in the middle of doing this page. I had this dream that the hours were arguing with eachother, and the more heated the argument got, the closer I was to reaching an epiphany about the meaning of Time…. But then I woke up.

Now the house is dark, everyone is asleep.. and I'm updating.

I'm gonna go on a reading comics binge after this.. So much to catch up on, I'm excited!

I dunno if mine are doing that.. sleep patterns never last more than a week for me, anyway.

Freakeh - I don't think his dad was too concerned with Issen having something wrong so much as he was just like, "Okay, what the fuck is wrong with you THIS TIME."
Hm.. I wouldn't say Issen's hair is the same length.. I think it's long now just because he's been living apart from humanity. Or maybe not, maybe he takes pride in his hair being long. But his hair doesn't resemble his father's too much 'cause it's all tangley.
I used to have really long hair because I was too insecure to go to a hair cutter, and I liked hiding my face behind it, so that could be another reason…
I dunno, I'll have to think on that.

I'm glad my looking-down perspective worked. It's so hard to draw things like that, but it was so necessary to the mood. I used the same colors as usual, only they're layered on so lightly that it's hard to tell perhaps.

Ashlee - Hm… if all my characters went to school, Cyff would probably be the most "hip." … if only 'cause she talks a lot. Everyone else would be antisocial and weird.

JillyFoo - Not sure what you mean by "that long ago"… I assume lots of people have normal lives, just not any characters of mine.

Kaj - I bet they do. Especially since I drew flowers in the painting on the wall in the last picture. Yeah, the colors are probably all messed up but no one can tell.. I was laughing a lot at your comment. Sepia indeed!

Nigellashade - Yes, Issen has a sad past.
And thanks for all the hugs. If you hugged people as much as you do online I'm sure your arms would be sore.
I'm feeling better now. I have some projects to work on, and my friend gave me about seven books to read. A little socializing does me good, too. It's odd, most people would be happy to do nothing all day, but you recognize that I'm not that kind of person.
