Two Moons - 319

Hey.
I haven't updated in a bit.. it's 'cause I've been working on this. Don't click that unless you're over 18 or your parents aren't watching.

More news on Japan.. They were all ready to send my paperwork across the ocean, when suddenly they email me saying that it's suspicious that it took me more than four years to graduate, and so I need to explain why. Blaaaahhhhhh…. I'm never gonna get to go there ever again…

Respondy -

Alej - Aw I don't have anything to say back to your comment, even though I like what you wrote.. Nnn.. sponges.
How are you?

Darwin - Well technically all abuse is psychological. It's the verbal abuse that's pretty bad because you can't prove it ever happened. You can look at a bruise and say - that's not right. But words have a different effect on people. Everyone is entitled to free speech. Everyone has some basis for the things they say. Everyone, in some sense, thinks that what they're saying has weight, and that they're right to have said it.

Thus far in Two Moons, Issen has displayed speaking to the dogs and having them understand, but not listening to anything that they say.

Pink Bunny - The doggies should definitely go eat him.
Only, I dunno, when it's your father, even if he's the source of your angst, it's still your /father/, and he matters to you. You can't just kill him.
Maybe…..
Maybe not…..

All my dreams are pretty storylike.. I dunno why. I think dreams are kind of like thoughts, only with visuals. So it makes sense that you'd just dream in mantages. I have a tendancy to make everything into stories, so it makes sense that line up everything into stories when I'm asleep.

Glass Ink - I really like your new avatar! Awesome picture.
Don't stress about comics! Let them flow from you freely.
Yeah, it's like an IM, only with a 24 hour time lapse. Heheh.

Nigellashade - Yes, Issen relies on his dogs for friendship. But I don't think he really can relate to them completely, since he's human.
Dreams are crazy, but they are great sources for story ideas. Time isn't something I usually think about. I always wanted to make a story about someone who was in control of time, though. I thought it would be neat if someone goes
"Hey, do you have the time."
And the guy says, "Yes. I do."
But what he really means is, Yes, he HAS the time. He owns it. It's his.
But I don't know what would happen afte that. Oh well.

Virtual cookies for you in exchange for all the kind words!

rana - Butterflies!

kyupol - Hellos.

lothar - Heheh, I hated that dog-dragon thing.. I thought he was so dumb, but I loved that it could fly.

Ryjia - Ah, wait and find out!

Tantz Areine - Wow, that must be an intense job.. Being so involved with people.
I'm glad you like the page! I'm pretty proud of it myself. It's not every page that I feel is worthy enought to shade in the entire ground in pencil.

hoya - Yay catch up! I'm about halfway through reading all the comics I follow.. I have no idea how many I actually read.. Don't wanna know, it might scare me.

theorah - Thank you! It's fun to make a page like this.

Freakeh - Yeah, most behavior stems from how other people treated you. I can only guess how Issen's father must have been treated, that he ended up feeling that it's necessary to point out Issen's faults.
Thanks for all the comments.. aw I'm so honored.

Laughing Astarael - Thank yoou!
And yes, Issen's father deserves that kick to the head.

animegal12 - Yeah, the enlightenment was never meant to be.. I have a feeling that was my mind telling me I'd been asleep for too much time, but I dunno.

Raisomeone - Aw.. I've known people with pretty awful parents, too.. It's hard having friends like that. I always want to take care of them and force them to get out of their situation but it never works.
At least Issen ran away from home.. except that didn't do him much good.

Ozone - Ah, I'm glad you like it so much!

It's really warm today,
Jenshin
