Heh they gave me a day off because there literally is no work to do yet at the new school. Boring! So have a page.

Getting back into the working grove.. I remember now, how tired I get after working out language puzzles in my head for eight hours a day. More naps for me! I better get paid come January…

I recieved quite a few comments on the page layout so I'll respond to that all at once.

First, the whole reason I put the text in the black thingy instead of in a bubble is because I completely forgot to draw a bubble, and I'd already scanned the page in twice because I'd made other mistakes, and I wasn't about to fix it up again.. So I figured I'd change the text to be something internal and have it floating between them, but that seemed kind of strange, so I put it on the black part instead. So the whole thing was unintentional..

And as for the "black part," I'm saying black only because it's the color I use instead of black. It's the darkest color on my pallette and it's actually just a very dark brown. On my main webpage, I put the background in grey, hoping that the brown would stand out more and look less black. But I think it makes the comic actually look more grey. So I made my DD site reddish, and that seemed to work. But does it make my brown look purplish? That's interesting!

You know, I'm not really all that good at drawing comics or anything, I just fake it most of the time, and all this interesting layout stuff comes from me being lazy, or coincidence.

Darwin - That's interesting that someone actually called you about your book!

AshleeS - Oh nooo don't get too attached!!

LaughingAstarael - Ooh, don't make it sound like I'm so amazing… Anyway, the true villians and heroes will come to light eventually.

Kaj - Oh but chins are so fun to draw.. sigh.

Janen - Not a requirement.. and it's bound to get him in to trouble.
