The Sun, the Moons, and a wrinkly grandma

Instead of doing today's page, I drew the ugly lady from the last page.
I really like drawing ugly people.
I also like drawing beautiful people.
Two Moons has a lot of mediocre people, which sorta bugs me sometimes.

Anyway, I wanted to draw your attention to…
THE SUN!!!

The following links are for anyone who was either surprised by the sun coming up, or who wants to go through a quick flashback about what's happened in my comic so far. This is very nostalgic for me to do as well.. Aww back in the beginning when I couldn't draw!!

The sun is first mentioned on the title page. No one should be questioning how long the sun's been gone!

The concept that the sun's been out for a while is mentioned also when we first encounter The Forest

And EG gives a short explanation about what the world was like back then.

In the first sequence, Cyff ponders the astronomy of the world under the night sky.

Around Sequence 8, the sky starts to grow lighter.

This becomes more apparent when the lights go out.

The fact that the sun is determined to come up again is stated very bluntly in EG's monologue in the rain.

The hint of the sunrise can be seen here!

That small bit of light was the trigger for this awesome moment.

The sky is starting to grow lighter after this.. Buildings cast shadows.

You can see clearly in the middle of the forest, with no need for artificial light. From this point onward, the only stars to be seen are in flashbacks and dreams.

The light of the sun is starting to tint the clouds.

Cyff stands dramatically before the sunrise.

And there is quite a bit of light coming from EG's window now.

Finally, Issen notices the changes taking place. And EG has a word with Jarren about it.

Now for other important astronomical bodies..
The Two Moons!

These moons are an important symbol of the city.

As well as a part of the Religion of the world.

As is the case with religious symbols, they often become swear words.
