Nobody wins!!

Alright, no one answered the question. I'll ask it again, and another question. Answer either one, you get a free sketch. I'll put up more questions next time.

1. What's the name of the city?
2. Who does Siilas' virus work on/not work on?

Zephyrion - Don't worry about the triple-post, it made me all excited three times in a row. Cyff didn't handle the loss very well, I don't think.. Like when she almost jumped off the roof of the building before.. but it's been a while since then, and she's going through the motions of getting over it. And who's to say you don't have wings??

Darwin - She has a good supply now so I didn't bother bringing it up.. I guess I should write something about it later…
